Natural Calm

Last Saturday I went to the ER with what felt like the worst symptoms of influenza mixed with intense anxiety and an inability to concentrate. The nurses connected me to various wires and tubes and drew blood. After four hours they told me I had low potassium (hypokalemia) and gave me supplemental potassium which quickly resolved the worst of my symptoms. The cause of my low potassium remains unclear but further research has revealed a variety of possibilities, including inadequate diet, consumption of coffee, tea and alcohol (which strip the body of potassium as well as other nutrients) and the stress of raising two small children. I proceeded to increase my potassium intake and started to feel better. Then I discovered something even more interesting. It turns out that magnesium is even more important than potassium and aids in the assimilation of potassium. When I looked at the symptoms of magnesium deficiency, all of these symptoms exactly matched my episode last Saturday as well as chronic symptoms I've experienced for over ten years. That's when I found Natural Calm, a magnesium supplement in powder form that is literally turning my life around. Now, as Kariman will tell you, I hate pills and haven't taken supplements, believing that my diet is diverse enough and gives me everything I need, and besides, I'm drinking red wine which is a panacea for all illnesses. Just ask the French. Well, I'm here to call bullshit on myself. I was wrong. People, I can wholeheartedly recommend Natural Calm to anyone who suffers from any form of stress or any symptoms related to modern life. Get some. Try it. See what it does for you. Then tell someone else.
